CROSSING - Caterina Bergo Paola Donato

Two harps explore the meeting point of contemporary classical music, jazz and popular styles. On Crossing, Caterina Bergo and Paola Donato perform thirteen pieces combining original chamber writing with blues, pop and rhythmic influences.

Harp beyond traditional genres

The programme includes Turodo Nacto, a three-movement Sonata per due arpe, Progetto per una notte di stelle, zodiac-inspired pieces and an arrangement of Here, There and Everywhere. Composers associated with the project include Nicola Campogrande, Emilio Galante, Oscar Del Barba, Sergio Cossu and Fabrizio Castania.
