Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy states that after you receive an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

For it to be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags and must be contained in the original packaging. In addition, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jellyblackcircle.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Via Kennedy, 44 35034 Lozzo Atestino (PD) Italy. 

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have any defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the problem and make sure to solve it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promo items or gift cards.

 


Substitutions
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.


14-day reflection period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags and must be contained in the original packaging. In addition, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. In case of approval, within 10 working days you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or company that issued the credit card to process and make the refund visible.
