Shipping, delivery terms and time
For digital products, in the case of successful payments with Credit Cards and/or PayPal, the delivery service of the product will be immediate, either through the site, or through the receipt of a notification email with a link to access the download of the & nbsp; product purchased. For bank transfer payments, the order will be processed as soon as we receive the credit of the amount related to the order itself, always in the same way as described above.

For physical products, each shipment will take place after 1-4 working days from receipt of the order to which must be added the time necessary for the courier to deliver the goods to you. For Italy, delivery is expected within 3-5 working days. For the countries of the European Community in 8 working days, while for the rest of the world in about 15-20 working days. We ask the kind clientele to note that the timelines are unfortunately not managed by JELLY BLACK CIRCLE and therefore cannot guarantee any particular date. Any shipment will still be made from Italy. To obtain the cheapest and fastest service we use the service of various express couriers. If the customer orders more than one item, our system will calculate the total weight and the overall amount will refer to the relevant price range. We will pack all the items in one shipment.
