Music, editions and recording details

U brings together eight readings of the jazz songbook linked by the word You in their titles. Massimo Salvagnini’s tenor saxophone is joined by Sandro Gibellini’s guitar, Giorgio Panagin’s double bass and Roberto Facchinetti’s drums. You Are Too Beautiful, You Don't Know What Love Is and There Will Never Be Another You form a programme that opens with It's You or No One and closes with an alternative version of the same song.
