FIL ROUGE - Minetti

Lucia Minetti explores the French chanson in fifteen songs of memory, love and freedom. Her voice is supported by pianist Andrea Zani and the chamber textures of Ensemble La Foule, in a programme embracing Édith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Léo Ferré, Charles Aznavour and other defining songwriters.

A red thread through French song

Non, je ne regrette rien, Avec le temps, Ne me quitte pas, La vie en rose and Milord trace an expressive journey through the chanson tradition. The arrangements move from intimate voice-and-piano performances to richly coloured ensemble settings.
